  • Can I join in this thread? I just started working out on Tuesday, haven't been back since Thursday. But I will go on Sunday.
  • Good for you Chica, it's not easy when you don't look like a stick insect who was doing step aerobics in the womb!!!! I find it a lot easier to stay motivated when I am posting here regularly. I got up at 8 this morning (on a Sunday!!! I didn't know they made Sunday mornings this early) and went for a swim, it was really nice, but very cold outside (I walk a mile in total, to the pool and back) And full of babies (I have a few baby issues going on in my wee little head) but other than that, I had a good workout!
  • Saturday: 60 minutes of aquacize
    Today: 90 minutes of walking
  • Moved furniture yesterday and helped DH clean the windows - great arm exercise!

Tonight I walk to my WW meeting so that will be about 25 -30 minutes
  • Walking outside in this weather??? You are braver then I am Mauvais!

yes I am sneeking in here... 2 mile Walk Away the Pounds tape last night.
  • Nah, just crazy
  • Kykaree, Thanks for the encouragement!! The hardest part about working out for me is the mind games. It is difficult being one of the biggest people in the gym.
Monday went to gym walked/run 2 miles, biked 15 mins. did some arm workouts and used some other machines.
  • Yesterday: 30 minutes of walking and 60 minutes of aquasize
  • yesterday: 30 min. of carmen elektra's fit to strip, 1 hr. on bike, 400 jumps of jump rope and some leg sculpting. and oh boy do i feel it all today.
  • Only 30 minutes of walking yesterday, had to put in 3 hours of OT for work. Meh. Better than nothing though I hate it when work interferes with my actual life
  • 30 min. walking, 60 min aquacize yesterday

30 min. walking so far today

I love that I don't have to talk myself into working out anymore, it's just automatic. Anybody else enjoying that development?
  • Way to go exercisers!
