    i havent done any strength since sunday and i'm POed because my schedule keeps getting screwed up... the night before last it was snowing so it took me forever to get to the gym after work so i didnt have time to do both and then last night i was scheduled for strength and cardio but then i got out of work late, so i had to choose one or the other. grrrr tonight is the night!

  • I'm finally feeling better enough to workout today - I've been sick since last week and hadn't exercised since last Friday. I have whooping cough - darn kids!
    Friday:
    4 mile run in 43 minutes
    7 min. warm-up/cool-down walk
    30 min. walk

  • Hi guys!

    Thought I'd check in while I was in FL at the conference I'm at..I've ran every day..3 miles on the treadmil at 8:00 min miles and did about 300 crunches a day. I also had an intense ultimate frisbee game on the beach

    Time to go run now actually since I have the afternoon off!
