  • I forgot to weigh today....I am 100% sure I gained weight during my biz-trip last week.

    I am 100% sure I am NOT going to lose 5 lbs this month. I really do have to pour it on for April and May and June to hit my summer target. Sigh.

    I do hope to end March in the 160's....then I really will focus hard and be strong enough to move that dial down to the low 160s and make myself REALLY HAPPY for summer!
  • I am unsure I will sneak into the 160's by Wednesday (my next weigh-in day), but I had a good low-calorie/high exercise week and that's about all a person can hope for/do.
  • Clearly not in the 160s. I saw 172 (again!) today. BLECH.
  • I saw 173 today, lol....I guess I should have been happier last week with my 172.

    Sigh.
