My goal weight will put me into entirely new territory. I couldn't tell you exactly when I was last in the 180s, but it definitely was before 2005, probably around 2003ish.
Everything is the same as exactly one week ago. But I did have one night-of-naughtiness so there's that. No worries. Right back at it and looking forward to a happy spring
So far, the 193.4 I saw the day this challenge started is the lowest I've seen. I've been up ever since. But this is my week, I can feel a big end of month whoosh coming. I'm going to get back into new low territory. (Or at least that's what I'm trying to convince myself is going to happen).
I lost .2 pounds !! ha ha I'll take whatever I can get. I definitely have some tummy issues, last night and today. Drinking a lot of water. Have a fabulous on plan weekend everyone!!
Slooowly losing my first pound in this 5 pound challenge. I fought off whatever stomach bug was harassing me last week. And now bracing for busiest time of our year at work.
