  • I would like to join this challenge - I need a specific date and people to hold me accountable so here goes.

    My Weigh In Days are Friday - so I'll start with my 7/15 weight 167.2

    I have had some issues with ice cream lately, so hoping this challenging will help keep me away!

  • I wonder what it is about diet soda that stall my weightloss? I drink tea with sweet'n'low and crystal lite all the time and it doesn't have the same effect. Bizarre.

    Current Weight - 224.0lbs (3.8lbs lost, 16.2lbs to go)

    I'd love join. I have 40 pounds to lose, so this would be a nifty way to do half summer to fall and half fall to winter! My starting weight is 178.8 pounds. My goal weight for this challenge is 158.8. My ultimate goal is 138.8. I will weigh in on Tuesdays.

    I am so glad that I didnt gain anything and even managed to lose a little even with all my company and my excuses..

    Hey don't apologize. I didn't lose one last week. But plan on at least 2 this week. keep going.
  • Feeling good! My class reunion was this weekend and I had a couple beers more than my diet allows. Fortunately only up a few ounces on the scale this morning. I will make sure I get that off ASAP!
