  • Sunday Scale Tale: Up .4 from last Sunday to 127.6 and pretty happy with that as t'was a slightly calorific week for a few days. However, the week averaged out to 1990 and the past three weeks' average is 1933. So we here in Sage2 Land are holding steady at our preferred level of under 2000 and maintaining within a slightly downward trend without deprivation. Staying OUT of the 2000s will help inch the Sagester a little closer to her target weight, though, and that is the plan for the coming week. But this is a good weigh-in and Sage is at a healthy and happy weight, so no worries. As always, no deprivation is the rule in Sage2 Land, plus emotional eating should be minimized.
