  • Oh its been months since I did this and I need to get my steps in again as I have been slacking on the days I don't walk with my friends.

    SOOOOOO 5000 minimum steps a day for 21 days ... 2 passes allowed before I have to start over.

    1/3 = 12427 steps (I walked 5 miles with my friend)
    1/4 = 5347 steps
  • Hi all. I'n back from a weekend out of town, and I'm starting over on my 21 days. I had two many calories on two of the last three days and while I do have 2 passes still, I didn't exercise all at all one of the days that I went over. I'm updating my original post and starting over.
  • Here's round two. I need to stay under 1900 calories. This time I'm only letting myself have two passes. 21 days here I come! Each day I'm writing weight/calories.
