  • trying to catch up since monday i haven't been on plan but that changes today. need to do a little planning and prepping and avoiding eating out. i go back to work monday thats when the hard part begins.

  • Yesterday was the most successful day I have had in weeks!! Yeah for me!! Today is going to be even better!! 45 minutes on the elliptical!!

    Kerri - I just noticed your quote "the beginnings of all things are small" - love it and so true!!

    For those of you stumbling the first few days...it gets BETTER and becomes routine! The most important thing is to not give up!! Best wishes for an on-plan day!!

  • I've missed you all too! I always struggle coming back, I feel IDK ashamed(?) falling off and then creeping back. Even when getting back on track I think coming back is the hardest part. Silly huh?

  • Morning all, still debating on weigh in day but thinking tomorrow it is. I managed to stay on plan last two days for some reason I can stay on plan better when I start January 1. But I'm out of eggs and about to go shopping. Also gotta have food for work still trying to figure plan for that
