    Oh, Tanklan --you are so close to goal - I am so glad you are re-committing.

    I am an expert at falling off the wagon. And fortunately, pretty adept at getting back on it and trying again.

    Lately, when I am tempted to stray, I try to remind myself that whether I am staying on program or not, the days will pass by, and at some point in the future I'll look back on them. When that happens, I will feel so good, if I have hung in and made smart choices and reaped the benefits of losing more pounds... and I will kick myself and probably be very depressed if I look back and see the missed opportunity and the regain of old pounds that I already lost at least once...

    The time will go by whether I am on program or not... I'll have to face the consequences of my actions, no matter what. I would rather face patting myself on the back that kicking myself in the butt...

    Somehow this line of thinking helps me make the right choice and move on.

    I am so happy that you are restarting because YOU CAN DO THIS!!!!
