    B. Protein Shake

    S. Laughing Cow and celery

    L. Lettuce salad with veggies, hard boiled egg, and
    chicken strips

    S. cucumber with Laughing Cow

    D. Pork tenderloin
    Yellow Beans
    Cherry tomatoes with pesto
    Ricotta cream

    (I've never eaten dessert except on special occasions but am getting addicted to it. It does keep me from wanting "something" in the evenings. When you finish dinner at 8, you really don't need a bedtime snack!)
  • Friday:

    So far:
    v-8 juice
    2 fried eggs/cheese


    for lunch:
    Turkey/provolone/lettuce roll up with mayo

    Dinner:
    haven't decided yet...nothing in the fridge

  • Another month of 100+,eeck!
    Hey to all beachin babes! Got my run(20min)walk(15min)in @730am..waited till 930am ystrdy & **** tried to suck me under!101 agn tdy & no chance of rain Down 11lbs aft ph1,d9 dont know why but this diet really works for me!

  • Hmmm. Maybe I'll start doing this. I haven't been and this might help me be a little more accountable for what I'm eating.

    B: Low fat ham, skim mozzarella stick, coffee with FF cream

    S: pistachios

    L: Low fat turkey smoked sausage (grilled...I love this!!) with dijon mustard, kale greens

    S: Cheese crisps

    D: Turkey burger with swiss and no bun, tomatoes, ricotta cream, diet coke

    Others: One sugar free creamsaver

    Oh...and water out the ying-yang!!!

    L: chicken and black beans with lettuce and salsa, water, diet coke

    S: Ham and cheese roll-up, diet rite

    D: low-fat turkey smoked sausage, V8 juice, water, string cheese
  • Saturday:

    B: Ham & cheese omelet

    S: (had to go to work so no real food there) ... 4 sugar free chocolate mint hard candies

    L: chicken breast w/spinach sauted in olive oil with onions

    S: a few bites of fat free frozen vanilla ice cream

    S: 10 almonds

    D: not hungry and it's late ... maybe I'll eat a small piece of leftover chicken ???

    Tomorrow starts Phase II ... think I'll stick with the eggs for breakfast but have yogurt and a few berries or cantaloupe w/cottage for lunch (yipee!!!)

    But then again, if I weigh myself and I gained a pound I'll probably panic ... no, no, no, I am starting Phase II tomorrow ... I think my mistake last month when I originally started was staying in Phase I too long ........
