    Not a big drop, but again I'll take it. Luckily I didn't have American Thanksgiving to deal with.
  • Ok, I NEED to start this! I weighed in today at 213.4! YIKES!!
    SW=213.4, CW=213.4, GW=208.4

    Mothermavis? Clumsy? Vickielou?
  • count me in! I've been slacking big time. I had maintained 20 or more lbs lost for 3 years before slipping recently

    Vickielou - good job!
    Katbslim - you are almost there - I have a feeling you are going to win this round!
  • Thanks dancer! I probably have the most to lose here, so hopefully I can shed some of this Thanksgiving fat!

  • Wow, Clumsy, what are you doing to lose? You're losing a lb a day! That's so awesome! Good for you getting out of the 190's. That's a big goal of mine, cuz at that weight I start to feel a lot better, I have more energy, my clothes fit good, I go down a pants size. Great job!

    Thanks but I'm totally not losing a pound a day, just once yesterday. However, the last few days have been quite good for me after a bit of a stall. I've been more active than usual and moved my workout time from the morning to the evening after I put my kid to bed. That's made it easier to stick to the low end of my target calorie range (1200-1400) by curbing my urge to eat in the evening, as I feel like puking after my workouts, not eating . Who knows though, the loss could be hydration levels or something, because 2lbs in 3 days is unheard of for me (but I'll take it!). We'll see if it continues .
