DINNER: Ground beef patty with homemade low carb ketchup
SNACKS: None
Sher: I looked at your last menu posted, you basically had an Atkins day, minus the toast, crackers and cake. Some people even find some low carb ones to add to their diet. I like meat ok...it's those darn eggs!!!!
