  • I don't know how you girls can stick to a protein diet. I look at what you are eating and I couldn't do it. I don't really like meat very much. I hate to post what I am eating because it looks like I am cheating. I eat everything I want but in smaller portions.

    Keep doing what is working for you!
  • Tuesday's food:
    I really lost it yesterday, but I don't care. It tasted good and I needed it emotionally. Back to it today.

    Breakfast: ham casserole
    Lunch: 1/2 sandwich....oat bread, peppered turkey, tomato, lettuce, onion, sugar free jello
    snack: homemade lemon cookie bars
    Dinner: ham casserole, steamed broccolli
  • Ramona......How do you make the Ham Casserole? Sounds yummy!

    Dee.......I'm not on Atkins either. I'm eating what I want but watching fat grams & portion sizes. I'm NOT a big meat eater either!!!!!

    Wednesday:

    Breakfast: 1 Boiled Egg.........Slice of Toast (plain).....Apple

    Lunch: 1 C. Cottage Cheese........5 Saltines.........Peaches

    Dinner: 4 Chicken Strips........1 C. Broccoli.........1/2 C. Carrots......1 C. Choc. FF Frozen Yogurt

    Snack: Angel Food Cake

    I'm still here and OP. I've been so busy the last two days, no time to post menus. I'll try to catch up tomorrow.

  • WEDNESDAY MENU

    BREAKFAST: Egg

    LUNCH: Shrimp cooked in a homemade low carb italian sauce

    DINNER: Ground beef patty with homemade low carb ketchup

    SNACKS: None

    Sher: I looked at your last menu posted, you basically had an Atkins day, minus the toast, crackers and cake. Some people even find some low carb ones to add to their diet. I like meat ok...it's those darn eggs!!!! YOU ARE DOING SUPER!!!!

    New mini goal: I WANT to break the 140's before Easter. Not very many days, but I'm going to work my butt off to see if I can make my original Easter goal +.

    MONDAY: Ham

    LUNCH: Cottage Cheese

    DINNER: Ground beef cooked in a crockpot all day with low carb Italian sauce

    SNACKS: None
  • Hey girls

    No time to post my menus for all this week. BUT I have stayed around 20-25 carbs daily for 26 DAYS!!! Plenty of protein with 1/2 to 2 cups vegetables each day. And I'm still drinking my WATER TOO!!

    Please don't fire me I'll try to start back posting my menus today!

    Breakfast...Shoney's Breakfast Bar!! Scram eggs w/ cheese and mushrooms, bacon ,and sausage links

    Lunch...None

    Dinner.....New York Strip steak Big salad w/ Bacon ranch dressing

    Snack...Mixed nuts!

    Breakfast: Slimfast

    Lunch: Slice of Cheese Pizza.........1 C. Grapes

    Dinner: AT DEBBIE'S HOUSE!!!
    Grilled Steak, Baked Potatoe w/ Ketchup (no butter!) Salad w/ Low Fat Dressing

    Dessert: SF Jello, A Dab of Coolwhip

    FRIDAY:

    BREAKFAST: 1 tuna size can of canned chicken (gross eaten, without mixing in something) I will not have this again!

    LUNCH: Cottage cheese, mozzerella cheese

    DINNER: Turkey, 1 egg

    SNACKS: None

    Saturday:

    Breakfast: Small Serving each of: Scrambled Eggs.....Bacon......Fried Tators

    Lunch: Chicken Noodle Soup........5 Crackers

    Dinner: A HUGE Salad......FF Dressing

    Snack: An Orange
  • I weighed this morning since I did start being OP on a Sunday March 16th..... It's been 5 weeks today (35 days!!) I'll start doing my weigh-ins on Sunday instead of Mondays

    I lost 2 More lbs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    *My Easter Challenge was to lose 10 lbs. but then I upped it to 15 lbs. MY TOTAL EASTER CHALLENGE WEIGHT LOSS WAS: 14 lbs!!!

    Yesterday was a busy day for me, not much time to prepare meals and then to tired to eat last night...LOL.

    Lunch...None
    dinner...L/O chicken wings...big salad

    I weighed this morning and DOWN 3 MORE POUNDS!!!
    I can't beleive I made my goal plus 1 Pound Yippeee!!!! Today is my 28th day of being totally OP and I have lost 13 POUNDS!!!! Guess this thing really does work...LOL.

  • Hi Floozies and Happy Easter!
    I'm back from our visit with my mom in the San Francisco area. We had a nice visit and I stayed OP! Didn't lose any more weight (I'm thinking I'm still paying for straying on our camping trip). I lost 8 lbs. of my 11 lb. Easter challenge. I've lost a total of 15 lbs. On to the Memorial day challenge.
