Good idea on the personal tri Deva! I'm just about to start training for one in late August - I'm mostly just worried about the swimming - it's a sprint/mini tri - 3.1 run, 13 mile bike, 500m swim.

Ran a race last night so my official time was 29:17 - 8:22/mile - 3.5 mile race. I'm happy w/the time but it was NOT my best run - I really had to fight myself for every step...just really tired etc.
I've been really tired and a little dizzy/vertigo since Monday so I got some blood work done & am waiting for the results - maybe anemia? We'll see - I do think that affected my run...but feeling ok so far today...
