Thinking of upping my calories a bit for the next couple days? I stay right at 1200 and work out (P90x) every night for roughly an hour. You would think I would be seeing some movement!
Not sure what else to do?? I have been killing myself on the elliptical even increased my workouts. I took one day off last friday. I have cut out sodas, sweets and fast food and that is HUGE change from what I ate a month ago. Come on weight gods I am only asking for one more pound to reach my first goal!!!
