Monday: Workout1
Tuesday: Workout2
Wednesday:Cardio1
Thursday: Workout1
Friday: Workout2
Saturday: Cardio 1
Sunday: Rest
All the workouts are 30 minutes and very enjoyable. You also have a meal plan with the program but I don't follow it.
