I went to a scrapbooking party last night. It was so nice to get away from the kids and household stuff and concentrate on my friends and my hobby. I got three layouts done.
And I didn't eat a rediculous amount of munchies. But I did have two big glasses of wine though.
It was worth it though. It was so relaxing and fun. It is snowing again, ugh. I did 3.25 miles on the treadmill this morning I went pretty slow (3.4-4.0) and didn't run at all because my legs have been hurting. I'm hoping to be up to speed tomorrow after a day of semi-rest. I hope you all have a good weigh in today. I'm off to fullfill my domestic responsibilities, you know, cooking and cleaning and laundry and on and on....... HAve a great day ladies,

, still hanging in there at 183. I'm not surprised since I've had so many parties and indulgences this past week. But watch out for me next week

Way to go Angie and Laney! Well I'm down 1 lb this week. I was on a plateau from last Saturday until yesterday, then TOM started and I lost a pound! First time I actually was happy TOM was here! I was wondering if any of you gals lift weights, and if so if it's with the machines or free weights. I do the machines and some basic free weights, but I'm wondering if I should ask the trainer to help me come up with a free weight program instead. Any suggestions? Oh Kina the blanket is beautiful
