  • I hope it's okay to jump in when it's already the middle of the month. I didn't keep track of my minutes on the treadmill until the 8th, so my minutes total here is from the 8th until the 14th (one week):

    46 minutes treadmill

    Group Total - 2,002 + 46 = 2048 minutes
  • 30 minutes walking
    60 minutes moving furniture and carpet cleaning

    Personal Total - 1,180 + 90 = 1,270 minutes

    Group Total - 2,048 + 90 = 2,138 minutes
  • 2 miles on the treadmill. (Getting faster! Gonna have to start adding in some weight training next week.)

  • Yesterday I spent over three hours raking. I am counting most all of it: 150 min!! I'm sore today, but not too bad.

  • Well, I've not done what I wanted to this month--that is, I haven't re-established a daily exercise habit--but I did a ton of walking yesterday and today, so I'm counting it: 240 minutes walking. At least this way I can still make my overall goal this month.
