Something about losing 30 sounds much better than losing 20 to me for some reason. And I'm sure 40 will feel even better and so on. So, I'm just a little excited this morning. Crossing my fingers it takes a few friends by official weigh in Thursday!
Have a great Monday!
WAY TO GO - Half way is such a great feeling!

Obviously, today, the scale showed a huge difference, I gained 6 whole pounds! God ! It surely sucks to be a woman sometimes.
Now, back to the program, but what a bad timing to gain the 6 lb, I have a wedding on this coming Sunday and I was dreaming of hitting -40 pounds, instead, now I gained
((.
Hope everybody did better than me.
I'm sorry that you're weekend is so tough, I'm sure it's not 6 lbs of fat but rather some water weight due to the carbs.

Don't stress to much about it, jump back on the bandwagon, you can sit by me!

I have been on Phase I since May, and I don't think that I can or should do it more than the 6 months I will have been on strict Phase I... some foods I am just missing too much.

Another half wayer today! Way to go!
So I cooked up some cauliflower (half with broccoli and chedder soup sprinkled on it and half as rice. I fed the 'rice' to the VIP without telling him it wasn't really 'rice'...he asked for more 'rice'....HAHAHA I did tell him because I couldn't quite smiling. He said that he knew there was SOME cauliflower in it but he didn't know that's all it was.

He agreed he was 'busted' and now I can feed it to him whenever...even his 8 year old son thought it was funny (he likes cauliflower). It was cute, so I had to share.
Hope everyone has a great day!
