  • I'm weighing in at 192.4 today ladies.. I've only cleaned my diet up and added drinking more water.. Today I will incorporate exercising into my regimen..
  • GRATS TO EVERYONE!!! ladies im almost out! and i hope to see yall soon in the 180s with me =P today i weighed in at 190. so far the smallest ive been in my adult life!

    7/31-Washed and detailed my car + 13 mins on the treadmill @3.5mph
    8/1- Back to school shopping. Did tons and tons of walking at various stores
    8/2- 40 mins of intervals (sprinting & power-walking)
  • Ok, I have been in the 190's for the last month and a half and I am so over it. I am going to sprint to 189. My goal is to be out of the 190's by Sunday the 7th. That gives me 3 days to lose 1.5 lbs. Of course, I will check in here on Sunday. Keep up the good work ladies (and gents if there are any in here)!
  • ty KamsMoMa!!! still at 190 as of today. i also went clothes shopping. i am in a 17 juniors. which i always like to wear juniors cause they fit me better. and even then they were a bit loose i also bought a new shirt. a large WOOT!
  • Still at 192 as of today.. I'm just happy I'm not gaining anything..I have a goal set to be out of the 190s by Sunday...
  • Hey Ladies! I'm trying to be in the forums more so I can stay on track. I've been hovering around 200, so I figured I may as well join you here. I've been trying to get back on track with my healthy eating, and the last couple of days have been going well. Today I had to go to a work lunch at Cheesecake Factory which is THE worst for trying to be healthy. I got one of the weight management salads for 440 cals though. And I'm going to Zumba tonight.
  • well i hit 189 yesterday then BAM today was 192..... DAMN YOU T.O.M!!! (also yesterday had a root canal so idk if that would cause water retention)
  • I'm at 193.4 today, only one third to go!
  • I took an REI intro to road biking class. It was pretty tough. We biked about 12 miles including hills. That doesn't include all the parking lot practice. I did splurge and get sushi after. 2 fattening rolls. I'll work out again tomorrow. I've been doing good with the workouts. Yesterday, I did 40 minutes on the elliptical after Zumba. I'm finding it a lot easier to focus on one day at a time vs. losing 50 lbs.

  • Hey ladies.. I didn't see 189 but I'm down to 190.0, I'm down 2lbs.. It's still a lost so *yay* to that!!! I'll take it. Here's to seeing the 180s this week
  • It's official I weighed in last night and this morning at 189.6. I'm finally out of the 190s..
