  • I feel much better about my overeating--thanks guys! I also dont look 5mo prego anymore, more like 2mo haha...I actually did a liquid fast/detox yesterday so that def helped with the water weight i had gained, unfortunately I'm still up from last weeks weigh in, but that's ok, next week WILL be better!

    Oh well. Not much I could have done about it this week. I also found what the issue was; slipped disc in L5 from an elevated hip.

    wtc?! It's frustrating, but I understand that Im in it for the long haul. I've had a tough week and I'm just happy that my problem is better.

    2) Cheating - Desserts
    3) Drinking more water - 8 glasses / day
    4) Exercising everyday
