  • This week I haven't been exactly on "plan" my FH works FIFO 2 weeks on 1 week off (this week was his off week) I didn't cheat food wise, but I didn't get to exercise as much as I would of liked.. He heads back on Wednesday so back to business as usual.
  • I'm In !!!
    Goal 180 lbs by April 30th,

    Move EVERY DAY,

    and Push myself harder today than I did yesterday.
  • Scale was back down to 241.4 lbs today, so I'm relieved to know that yesterday's increase was, in fact, just retained water, and I'm starting out this month where I thought I was.

  • 183 this morning Which in theory looks like I'm half way to my goal already, but in practice I know I'll reach the goal, it's the still being there at the end of the month which is tough part! Not too much over indulgence!

  • I've been staying POP so far my next offical weigh in day is the 9th of April, so I'm hoping I'll have made a dint in that 10lb goal by then!

    i started walking for like 3 hours and weight training 30 mins, lost first 8 pounds in just 3 days.....

  • April Mini-Goals

    Lose at least 8 lbs
    Keep finding fun 30 min workouts and do 2 every day.
    Start running again (albeit slowly, but just get started!)

  • Dude I'm so in

    My goals for this month are to,

    1. Lose 12lbs which will put me at 17stone
    2. Drink between 8 and 10 glasses of water each day
    3. Get between 6 and 8 hours sleep each night
    4. Keep my calorie intake between 1,200 and 1,400 each day
  • First check in of April. Weighed in today at a whopping .8 lbs up! Oh well. Goal for this week is 1.5 lbs down. See you next Sunday.
