  • Spin class this morning. 55 minutes of climbing and speed intervals. Ouch.
  • I'm taking a break today! Weighed in today and lost 1.8lbs =D All that running I did paid off!
  • Burned 700 calories doing 30 min on the bike (10 mi) and 15 on the elliptical (1 mi) tonight. Felt good!
  • Wanted to go to step class yesterday but the class was full. So I did intervals on the climber for 30 minutes and then went to body flow (which is a tai chi/pilates/yoga combination). I seriously love that class. It is low impact but still challenging and I was surprised to see I burned almost 400 calories doing it.

    This morning was spin express, so only 45 minutes. But it was VERY hard today. Zumba tonight!
  • i just did Turbofire fire 30 & a 10 min stretch. Excuse me while i go slowly die ^_^ (that was intense)
  • Today I did a 60 minute Zumba Class, ran a 5K on the treadmill and walked an extra mile. I ended up burning 1604 calories!
  • I got my HRM today! Thirty minute intervals on the treadmill and 1 hour dance class--1051 calories burned!!!

    I had a GREAT weight in today--I think with the new toy I will be more excited to work out. Thanks for the recommendation KimberlyP!!
  • Today I ran 3.5 miles and did Zumba! I burned 1504 calories =D
  • Thursday: 1.5 hours yoga with forearm stand and handstand practice.
    Friday: 1 hour yoga class. Abs! Core! Owie.
    Today: 1.5 hour Lungetastic Level 2/3 yoga class. Holy cow.

    Then a 2 hour nap.

    I am zonked.
  • Friday: Zumba
    Saturday: 55 minutes of climbing intervals
  • I did 25 minutes on the elliptical, worked out with my trainer for 50 minutes and then did another 25 minutes on the elliptical to finish it off.
  • An hour of yoga this morning. Lots of core and upper body work.
  • Rest day for me today.
  • Elliptical - 75 minutes
    Treadmill (walk/run) - 15 minutes
  • 9 mile run. 8 weeks to half marathon.
