The points were great though, and I liked how he was able to solidify the fact that cholestoral and fat dont make you fat, and in fact less fat means blood sugar issues etc. Anyways id still give it a recommendation just really turned off by how the information was presented.
I think the point was as a society we have been brainwashed into thinking that fat is bad carbs are good and its no where near as true as we have been made to believe. I dont think people are stupid for following what the guidelines out there are because in some cases it does work. but I do think that when it comes to government they are for the money and by the money. If low carb takes off more and they start admitting that its good to lower your carbs and have more fat they will be endorsing that to. Just so happens we knew it was true before they admitted it. and that would take a lot of people admitting they where wrong. Could you imagine hearing the American heart association admitting to people that they have been wrong and they could actually have been causing worse health rather then helping?
