To work out every day with the exception of one day a week I’ll just do P90X Stretch for a “break”.

Reward for myself: a new hair cut and a massage (of course with the expense of my company…ha-ha got to love benefits.)
Rules: I cannot miss more than 3 workouts in the month of January (Unless it’s due to illness or something broke on my body). If I do miss more than 3 days, no reward for me.


Still feeling a bit blue, but going to get back on plan for a new week
I like feral's idea of you guys turning up and doing your own thing though. My sister and I kinda do that by accident, sometimes turn up and see each other randomly, so we'll do something together then go do something else
