Zumba this morning! what a GREAT way to wake up! I only got about 4 hours of sleep last night, but I'm so refreshed and energized!

1: pumpkin smoothie (1/2 c. pumpkin puree, almond milk, half scoop protein powder, cinnamon), half banana, half cup of coffee
2: 2 small slices "guiltless" pizza (whole wheat crust, lots of veg, no meat, vegetarian cheese)
3: mini lara bar
4: julienned zucchini (as spirulized as i can get w/o a machine), raw arrabiata sauce
5: raw, vegan coconut macaroon (super tasty)
going to a bar tonight with DH. Will probably score a light beer (blech.)

Phase 1
B - coffee with almond milk
walk to gym & back, yoga
Kale chips (weird breakfast, but I am addicted to these things)
L - crab cake (made them) on a bowl of romaine lettuce with homemade Caesar dressing
S1 - tomato/mozzarella salad
S2 - celery with Laughing Cow light cheese
D - Don't know yet. Aiming for another huge salad with protein
B-1/2 c Kashi Go-Lean
L-3/4 cup Kashi Go-Lean w/ 1% milk (lazy, lazy)
D-BBQ beef wrap, big salad
B-Steel-cut oats w/cocoa powder, cinnamon, splenda, and 1 T SF Peanut Butter--so delicious and so filling
L-Veggie scramble and turkey bacon (if I get hungry before dinner)
D-Spicy bleu cheese burger, creamed spinach, spicy roasted sweet potatoes
