  • My exercise goal for this month is to take my dog on a jog/walk everyday in the evenings rain or shine, tired or not. I just started doing this last night. My other goal is to gradually increase my jogging time during these workouts. I've been tossing around the idea of signing up for a 5k so I need to start working on being able to jog without dying!

  • I've been hiding from here, because I haven't done a single work out.

    My goals:

    Start and stick with C25k
    25 work outs total

    I'm going to hold myself accountable, meaning if I get started tonight, I'll have one cop out day available. If I can complete this goal, I'll be able to hit my third goal: have the guts to sign up for a local boot camp by the end of the month.
  • 4/27 - Stairmaster - 30 minutes, Elliptical - 15 minutes

    5/27 - Ran 3.30 miles in 45 minutes, walked for 5 minutes, push ups & crunches

  • I am starting my August challenge today, I am going to work out a minimun of 20 times this month

  • Hi Guys is it ok if I join a bit late?

    I'm going to pledge 12 workouts for the rest of the month. These are only cardio, I'll do some toning in front of the TV when I have time!

    I've planned them and this should be 480 minutes for the rest of the month.
