6/26 Saturday: 30 minutes cardio/weight interval training, 3 miles on treadmill @ 3.3MPH and 5% incline, planned and finished
6/27 Sunday: 30 minutes cardio/weight interval training, 3 miles on treadmill @ 3.3MPH and 5% incline, planned and finished
6/28 Monday: 30 minutes cardio/weight interval training, 3 miles on treadmill @ 3.3MPH and 5% incline, planned and finished (ETA, I also did 2.5 hours of house cleaning before bed last night)
6/29 Tuesday: Rest day!!
6/30 Wednesday:30 minutes cardio/weight interval training, 3 miles on treadmill @ 3.3MPH and 5% incline, planned and finished
