, but today I resisted. 

Yesterday I said NO to ignoring what I had eaten the past two days of my half healthy/half carby binge-y diet.. I sat down and logged in every speck of crap that I had consumed. So at least I have the information now.
And today I said NO to a really good pizza. My husband got it but I decided to do as well as I could at a sports bar-type restaurant. I got blackened tilapia with black bean salsa on top, with sides of "steamed" mixed veggies (broccoli, cauliflower and carrots) and green beans. Of course I forgot to ask about the butter! Ugh. I blotted off what I could and estimated a whole tablespoon for my calorie log. Oh well.
