DECEMBER - One reason you will stay on plan today

    Also...I want food sanity in my life!!!!
  • BeverlyJoy, you are right on the money with the momentum. I will not let the holiday season stop my momentum! I will stay on plan today because I only have a few pounds to lose to get below 200! I am not sure about exactly how long it has been since I was under 200 but about 30 years.
  • Because I really, really want to be 250 lbs by January 1st!
  • Because even though the scale hasn't budged.. I feel so much better when I exercise and eat right!
