    I'm Done for the day. Got in 30 minutes of good dog walking, before the knees gave out.

    My Oct Stats 120/1000

    GROUP TOTAL: 1346 + 30 = 1376
  • Adding on this weekend and Monday
    - Saturday - 40 minutes Hip hop abs
    - 30 minute walk
    - Monday - 40 minute hip hop abs
    - 60 minute walk

    Group Total - 1376 + 170 = 1546
  • Today's Exercise:
    -30 mins '30 Day Shred'...well, the dvd is 27 mins, but I throw in extra crunches and pushups to make it the full 30.
    -35 mins Walking/Jogging Intervals
    -25 mins Yoga

    Personal Total: 375 + 90 = 465/2,200 mins.

    Group Total: 1,546 + 90 = 1,636 mins.
  • Group - 1,636 + 120 = 1,756

    60 minutes Walking
    60 minutes Water Aerobics

  • Finished for Tuesday
    Brisk walk and playing with the pooch, 35 minutes.

  • Changed routine to short (almost daily) workouts as it seems to work well with my 'no free time' schedule. Although I did get a walk in today.

    Wed - 45 min walk (very cold windy day!)
