I'm so excited that I saw this. I like to start challenges at the beginning.
By 10/31/09, I'd like to lose 10.5 pounds and excercise for at least 150 minutes per week.

Puts me close to ONEderland too but I better not push it ....weight loss comes slower the more I lose
