I use SparkPeople's nutrition tracker, and I can actually fit an ENTIRE Newman's Own cheese pizza into my daily calories, with room to spare for other things. If I balance it out, I can even end up filling all my requirements (protein, etc) without going over on fat, carbs, or sodium. Sometimes junk food can fit into a balanced diet. You just have to cut down the portions and do some creative negotiating with the rest of your food that day.
Don't beat yourself up over a little slip here and there.
