Bleh Monday. This is the busiest week in a long time for us. More about that later, personals first.
Beach - Thanks so much for the big applause! It certainly hasnt been easy, but its been so worth it its beyond words. I know you understand since you're doing it too. I agree with exercise lowering your calorie intake even more. I really havent even thought about that, but its so very true. Congrats on your loss! .5lbs is great, and better than maintaining or gaining! I hope that gives you an extra boost too. I always feel when I see a loss, even a loss of a small gain, that it boosts me in the right direction.
Prinny - w00t for your weight! You're making alot of progress now! Last month thats exactly what my TOM bloat did! It was there like 4 days after TOM was over, and I was freaking out. Here I am again, about ready for TOM, and feeling the bloat. Im not W-I until its over. Glad you're on the food tip for your trip and your choices sound great. When do you leave again?

Iarad - I do standing abs too! I like it, and I keep saying if it werent for extra loose baby having skin, my stomach would be totally flat now. I think it looks pretty darn amazing for having had 3 kiddos, but still a tummy tuck would be my dream

Amy - Sorry about you & your son being sick. Things happen that deter us from our goals, but I think motivation is the real key that keeps us going. Get better & get back to it
Hello to everyone else whos busy these days!
Ugh, as for me, TOM bloat, laziness, & blah is here no doubt. I refuse to let this all stop me this week, as I have TOO much going on. Im going to be very strict with myself as far as calorie intake goes. If I dont exercise that day, Im sticking to 1200. If I do exercise, Ill move it to 1300. Period. I mean, for goodness sake, Im
4LBS away from goal!! *Looks to the sky* Please, 4lbs. please. Ill settle for goal.
Yesterday we stocked the house with food & I got my nails & toes done for this busy week ahead.
Today Im dragging the kiddies to the store to return a dress and get a different one for me. That should be a blast :/ Im also getting all of the laundry done.
Wednesday Im cleaning the house from top to bottom, and making my oldest little girls' birthday cake for her at-home celebration.
Thursday my oldest baby turns 5! Im meeting up with my mom who is buying her a new bicycle, and we're taking the kids to Chuck E Cheese. Then that evening we'll do cake & presents from Mommy & Daddy at home
Friday is my little sisters high school graduation. The ceremony is 2.5 hours, and then dinner after will be another 3 hours with all the people that are coming. Also, this is the same day my best friend gets induced with her little boy, so ill have to run to the hospital that evening to see him!
Saturday Im seeing another best friend whos flying in from Texas with her family, who we all really miss.
Sunday is my daughters' big double birthday party and that evening my husband & I are going out with our friends who flew in from Texas for a nice evening double date (like old times)
WHEW, how am I ever going to stay on plan this week? Eating out TWICE, and it'll be TOM. Wonderful, but Im determined. Now that Ive told you all my whole life in a ramble, Ill check back later, LOL
