  • OK--Here goes.....

    MY committment: 26/30 days (because I know I will miss a day or two)

    Reasons: Because I know I need to exercise to continue with the weight loss--it doesn't seem to happen otherwise. Besides--it makes me feel better!

    How: Trainer 1/week, Spin class 2/week, swim 2/week, walk/run outside 2/week, yoga 1/week

    Reward: More Books!!

    My Goal

    I'll go for 30 days.. I'll be travelling during 3 days, but I'll take some walks those days.. Better than nothing..

    My Reason
    In July I exercised almost every day, and those last weeks I haven't exercised at all, I need to go back to where I was.. and from there go forward! The other reason is that it helps me lose weigh, I don't eat that much unhealthy food when I'm exercising.

    Buy some stuff at Yves Rocher!

    I don't know yet. It's odd too, because I can usually come up with something. I will think about it and edit my post later.

    1 1/2 hours of volleyball with 7th grade girls chasing balls and playing
    did 1 hour of wii hoping counts
    and did working on dump runs for an hour lifting garbage sacks and unloading and cleaning up outside
    i'm pooped, going to bed early tonight

    2 reasons to do this: I want to get out of my funk and I want to look good and stay committed while I am on vacation in Arizona next month. (I'll be in Arizona the last week of this challenge*coming back Oct 21! What am I getting myself into?!)
