  • my daughter brought home pizza tonight for dinner........I resisted!! I had a salad, and rice with veggies.... on to the next day!!!!!!

    Today went really well...I stuck 110% to the plan and got my two workouts in today but boy am I beat.

    Onto day 3 tomorrow...WOOOHOOO!
  • Hey guys- I just started EFS, today was my first day. Everything went well, even the exercise. What do you all do to fight temptations off? Thanks for any help.

    halle- You go girl...all that exercise and sticking to the plan, your building muscle for sure and that means a smaller size is on its way!

    wscorcho!! I am glad to see you did well your first day, My tips are....pre-cook as much food as you can, And know that with eating 6 times a day, you can make it for just another hour or so if you do get hungry, it will be time to eat before you know it

    to fight off temptations... I go for the free foods... dill pickles, radishes.
    That helps me....

  • Thank you all for the tips...especially the free food advice. I had forgotten about that one. Today is day two and going pretty good so far. Good luck to everyone else.

  • I'm also doing good on day 3. I feel good today and am looking forward to tomorrow when I am over half way done the week. I haven't had any cravings or weak moments yet so that part has been easy for me.

  • Well day two is over. I did pretty well although I did cave in a little and had 4 mini snickers at work. I skipped one of my snacks though hoping to make up for it. I know its not the best snack but I'm just going to move forward with day 3. Wish me luck
  • Good Luck wscorcho!! I am on day 4 and feeling pretty good!!! I am not getting on the scales... not even a peek... until the end of the phase.
    Today I am out and about... that's always a challenge

  • Day 4 done! I'm feeling great, not hungry and sticking to the plan. I usually don't have a problem following an eating plan, it's usually getting in ALL of the workouts, but I am happy to announce that I have done every single workout required (as a Beta) by the good Dr. Onto day 5 tomorrow!
  • WhooHoo!!!! Day 5!!! I'm afraid I'm not doing as good as you with my workouts,Hallewood!! Shame on me.... I just can't seem to make myself....
    I am doing well on the plan... and My tummy is going down!!! Ithink...
    I seem to pack it all over... but especially around my middle....So, I've had my lttle veggie omelet and getting ready for a little snack!!
  • Well I'm on day 4 everything went pretty good yesterday. I didn't feel hungry at all. I'm like you desperate2feelgood, I am not weighing myself till the end of the week. Good luck everyone!!
  • Hallewood, how long did it take you to drop from your starting weight to your current weight? Also, did you lose it all from the fat smash diet? I am on the extreme fat smash and I am just curious about the results of others.
