  • Good Afternoon All,

Road my bike to ww and then around the neighborhood to try to get 10 miles in, didn't quite make it but I did do 8.5 miles Still need a walk today but at least I got in a ride.

    This puts my totals at:

    29 miles walked + 29.5 miles biked = 58.5 total miles

That gets me to the exit for one of my favorite wineries. They're 2.5 miles off the express way (my measurements are following the expressway) so hopefully I can walk that far tonight.

  • Didn't make it out again on Wednesday. And just counted my miles from work for yesterday. This weekend it'll be a challenge getting in my walking miles, although the 25 miles on the bike will definitely boost the activity level.

    Have a great weekend everyone.

  • Hi gals,

Patti - You are doing great!! You don't miss very often do you?

After a pretty gloomy week my total is at 114 miles, which puts me @ exit 88 on I-94. This puts me on the exit to Galesburg, MI. Where apparently there is a speedway.

I'm close to Kalamazoo, hopefully this week.

  • Quote: From Day 12 to today, Day 19, I walked about 2-3 miles each day. I can, hopefully, pick up the pace today. At this rate, I'm not even out of Toronto, no matter where I choose to go!

    Rhonda

OK, I have been walking an average of 4 miles a day. I'll have to do the math a little later
  • I've driven almost 1000 miles since Friday afternoon. Does that count? No, I guess it doesn't.

When we get to the RV Ranch, I'll get started exercising and keeping up with the miles again. Plus, I'm going to have to decide where I'm going this time. Or maybe I could just keep heading to Seattle from Missoula. I guess that would make as much sense as going from/to anywhere else, wouldn't it?

Donna, I love reading about your adventure. Keep pedaling and posting, friend.

Rhonda, congratulations to you for walking 4 miles per day. That's impressive.

Okay, I need to get with it. Should be starting back Wednesday.
