Well, I am sick and it is raining, so my backside is firmly planted in the chair. I'm debating on work. I feel like a train wreck.
So my goal this week was to run MWF, swim either T or Th, and then get a long bike at least once on the weekend. I'm cutting myself some slack for the sickness, but I need to get more consistent. Can I ask for an official

I'm also signing up for my anniversary 5K, which is on Sept 16 this year. The first race I ever ran, back in 2003. Race on calendar = instant motivation.

onthetee, we use LOTS of Bodyglide around here. Collar bones, upper arms, around HRM and bra, liberally in the nether regions, DH puts it on nipples! Anywhere there is even the potential for chafe. We should buy stock.
