11st 3lbs last Wednesday (Weds are my weigh day)
10st 5lbs for the challenge. Trying to be realistic cos have got a holiday between now and then.

I'm eating plenty of fruitses and veg-es and I'm working out at the gym lots, adding cardio where there was no cardio before, lifting heavier than the week before and drinking plenty of water and no Pepsi Max 

I knew it was water.
