Michelle, hope your poor wounds are healing & you get back to normal soon. xxxx
Angel, sorry about your teeth, I'm sure you'll get a good weigh-in next time, I often need a few more days for good or bad eating to 'catch up' with me! I didn't know you were bi-polar, I hope your meds are suiting you, I've enough trouble getting depression meds to suit me (thankfully I think I'm now sorted!) so I can't imagine what it's like for you. Happy or sad, you know you are always welcome here & pm me if you want a moan/cry/whatever.xxxx
Patti, I hope you're feeling better, colds are no good when you have stuff to do!!!xxxx
Zelma, you look FANTASTIC in the video clip, though the other ladies were pretty good too! The kids are getting quite the 'pros' on camera & the boy who said 'so... many kilos were equivalent to # of fat chickens cracked me up! I hope his other maths skills are better, lol.xxxxx
Xena your dog sounds lovely, I really don't know what people are thinking of when they dump pets or babies! I bet he's so glad to have you love & care for him. Hope the trip goes well & drive safely! About weighing every day, following SBD I see a really rapid weight drop the first week and it really makes me stay OP seeing it. I know there will be days it creeps up, but thanks for the warning anyway.xxxxx
Sandy, you poor thing! you must feel like a pin-cushion, all those tests! I hope you get sorted soon & start to feel better.xxxxx
Vilandra, good luck with your pup, I hope you have lots of newspapers for the you-know-whats!!!! lol Hope he's worth the journey! Get some pics posted too, I LOVE puppies.xxxx
Well I'm feeling NORMAL now, the dose seems to be suiting me! I'm getting more things done around the house and I don't feel low/sad/suicidal at all, even though it's TOM!!! Food is easier too, I love waffles but haven't eaten any, even though there is a pack in the bread bin! I had some 'cherry garcia' low fat frozen yoghurt after dinner last night, it was GORGEOUS!!!! The scales are still showing a 4lb loss, so I'm happy!
I have to say a BIG THANK YOU to you all for 'listening' to my moans, it really helped.
xxxsharon

Hello All,

What a busy day I have had today, but a very productive one. Daren went to have a tattoo done, and as it was going to take 2 to 3 hours, I decided to do some Christmas shopping. Apart from stuff for my mum and MIL, and stocking filler stuff for the girls, I am ALL DONE Daren’s tattoo looks really good even though I am not keen on tattoos in general. It’s of his character on the Everquest game that he plays

I didn’t get chance to exercise today, but I will definitely do some tomorrow before I head off to the doctors. It’s my anniversary and I am going to be spending it at the docs in the morning. My ulcers on my tongue are so bad it’s even painful to swallow. I have been trying all the over the counter remedies, to no avail, so I am going to see what the doctor can suggest.

Missy - sorry that you saw a gain on the scales, but thankfully it wasn’t too big. You’ll lose that again quick enough

Sandy - thank you so much for you comforting words. Yes I do remember how you felt when you saw that video, and I remember what I said to you. Funny how it’s easier to comfort somebody else but forget those words of wisdom when it comes to myself. I mustn’t do that in the future Thanks so much for the anniversary wishes too

Patti - how are you feeling today? The weather is really weird these days isn’t it. Like you said, it can be really mild in the day but really freezing at night. No wonder so many people have colds.

I hope you are enjoying your visitors being there.

Xena - with the time difference, hopefully you will get this post before you leave to Iowa. Just want to thank you for the anniversary wishes. Even if my tongue kills me I am going to have a lovely day just knowing that 4 years ago I was getting married to my dream man in gorgeous Las Vegas

Zelma - I LOVED watching you on the video clip. I always love seeing that pic of you standing in the one leg of your old pants. You look amazing and are such an inspiration, your kids are lucky to have you as their teacher, and we here are lucky to have you are our friend

Thanks for the anniversary wishes. We had planned on going out for a nice meal, just Daren and I, leaving the girls at home by themselves If I can’t eat because of my ulcerated tongue then I guess we will just stay home and enjoy being together

Sharon - that is awesome that your perseverance paid off and that the meds are working for you now You sound like you are ready to take on the world. NOW watch those lbs fly off

Ok I have some PMs to write now before taking some pain killers and heading off to bed. Take care all and HAPPY THANKSGIVING!

Hugs,

Ammi
