wyllen - Thanks for your advice regarding the binges. I know that ultimately I AM in control...it just doesn't always feel like it. Or maybe I just don't give myself time to realize it. I cave in to quickly. I don't know...it's just a huge struggle for me and seems to have gotten worse over time. All I can do is work on it though. I appreciate your comments especially since you have been so successful! Next stop...ONEderland. That is amazing. I can imagine how it feels a little scary heading into unknown territory. But hey, this is where it's going to start getting REALLY good. You can do it!!!

Oh, and I am going to check out nutridiary. I was looking through Fitday and while you can do custom foods I couldn't really find a recipe-builder. I found another site that has one, but you gotta pay. It will be nice to have another site to check out before I decide what I am going to do. Thanks!
princesspuffypants - Congratulations on your new job at Bally's. And a free gym membership to boot! Thats great!
MariaLucia - Congratulations doing the grocery store thing without mishap. I think it's great you have some supportive friends who are there for you and try to help you in times like this. I feel a kinship with you and the struggles you face. Glad you're here sharing with us.
Brenda - So sorry to hear about your sister's baby. Must have been such a painful decision. My thought and prayers are with your sister, you, and your entire family.
Violet - I actually do have a counselor. I've debated on whether to stop going or not. I can't tell if it is working...although I am not sure what my definition of "working" is. Mostly, I want to stop my binge eating behavior and, if anything, I think it's gotten worse. Oh well, it's always darkest just before dawn, right? Have fun in KC. I visit there once or twice a year myself. I have a friend who lives in Shawnee. She works for Sprint. I think half of KC works for Sprint though.
Well, I am off to bed to do a little reading. I finished my Johnny Cash autobiography and now I am starting "Wicked". It's the book that is the basis for the musical "Wicked". I don't know if any of you have seen it, but it is AWESOME. It's sort of a prequel of sorts of the Wizard of Oz...not by the Wizard of Oz author. It's the story of how the Wicked Witch became "Wicked". He's written other books that take a different look at famous fairytales and stories. I've not read them but I find the whole concept very interesting. Oh, and my fence people are supposed to come tomorrow. YAY!
Nighty-night, my dears.
