Brenda--I just saw your last post. I am SO sorry. My goodness, that is terrible. I will keep her and the rest of your family in my prayers. There are no words to express how sorry I am for her.

Julee--Ok, I get it now! The matzo and everything..I get it now!

I'm on myspace at http://www.myspace.com/violentswerve. I'm really bad at searching for people on there, it never seems to work for me, or else I'd seek you out.

wyllen - Thanks for your advice regarding the binges. I know that ultimately I AM in control...it just doesn't always feel like it. Or maybe I just don't give myself time to realize it. I cave in to quickly. I don't know...it's just a huge struggle for me and seems to have gotten worse over time. All I can do is work on it though. I appreciate your comments especially since you have been so successful! Next stop...ONEderland. That is amazing. I can imagine how it feels a little scary heading into unknown territory. But hey, this is where it's going to start getting REALLY good. You can do it!!! Oh, and I am going to check out nutridiary. I was looking through Fitday and while you can do custom foods I couldn't really find a recipe-builder. I found another site that has one, but you gotta pay. It will be nice to have another site to check out before I decide what I am going to do. Thanks!

princesspuffypants - Congratulations on your new job at Bally's. And a free gym membership to boot! Thats great!

MariaLucia - Congratulations doing the grocery store thing without mishap. I think it's great you have some supportive friends who are there for you and try to help you in times like this. I feel a kinship with you and the struggles you face. Glad you're here sharing with us.

Brenda - So sorry to hear about your sister's baby. Must have been such a painful decision. My thought and prayers are with your sister, you, and your entire family.

Violet - I actually do have a counselor. I've debated on whether to stop going or not. I can't tell if it is working...although I am not sure what my definition of "working" is. Mostly, I want to stop my binge eating behavior and, if anything, I think it's gotten worse. Oh well, it's always darkest just before dawn, right? Have fun in KC. I visit there once or twice a year myself. I have a friend who lives in Shawnee. She works for Sprint. I think half of KC works for Sprint though.

Well, I am off to bed to do a little reading. I finished my Johnny Cash autobiography and now I am starting "Wicked". It's the book that is the basis for the musical "Wicked". I don't know if any of you have seen it, but it is AWESOME. It's sort of a prequel of sorts of the Wizard of Oz...not by the Wizard of Oz author. It's the story of how the Wicked Witch became "Wicked". He's written other books that take a different look at famous fairytales and stories. I've not read them but I find the whole concept very interesting. Oh, and my fence people are supposed to come tomorrow. YAY!

Nighty-night, my dears.

ps
We haven't heard from teahoney since her daughter was sick. Teahoney, I hope everything is OK with your daughter and that we hear from you soon.

Brenda--I am so very sorry to hear about your sister, my heart and prayers go out to her and your family.
_____
I just took the time to catch that one post, I have about five seconds to write tonight, and I am sooooo behind in threads...so I'm sorry if I miss anything.

This month has started out horribly on the diet front. I have only gotten in 60 mins of exercise, unless you count running around like a chicken with my head cut off as exercise LOL....can we count that?? I am soooooo exhausted, this time change is kicking my butt...that's why I'm keeping this short tonight so I can get to bed. I haven't even gotten the girls to bed before 10 pm any night this month so far, everything has just been insane...if it isn't having to go get groceries after work and not getting home until 11 then it's having to go pick my brother up from work and not getting home until 1 am. Anyway, I'm going to have to play major ketchup to make up exercise I've missed...but I'll get it in somehow...I WIL make my goal this month.

I hope everyone is doing well Hugs all around talk to you soon.
