Thanks for the welcome, Brenda.

Day one of induction. I've taken all my supplements, and am feeling fine.

Well, I made some mistakes yesterday that I didn't realize until later. Mainly how many carbs peanuts have in them. Ooops! So I'm considering yesterday my warm-up, and today was the real Day 1. Doin' good so far.

peanuts are a no-no for induction. At least for the first two weeks...then "tweak" your induction

Started induction today.....AGAIN!! lol....I made the excuse this morning, ohhhhhhh I have nothing low carb in the house so i'll just start again tomorrow, i've been doing that for a week now..lol funny thing is, my fridge and pantry is loaded with low carb from the last time I did this a couple of weeks ago...sheesh I suck at this! ;-) Just tried something new this morning, canadian bacon with swiss cheese melted over it, oh man was this good! Do have to head to the store though, someone drank all my diet coke and i'm starting to stare at the Fanta's...bad sign..lol

Has anyone tried the Dreamfield's pasta? I have a box of the penne but I haven't tried it yet. I don't think that's even an induction food...but i'm just checking to see if it's worth the thought..lol

Thanks so much!
Jeanette

Good afternoon,
I do a modified OWL. My carbs per day are anywhere fom 15 to 30, On the 30 days i eat the dreamfields pasta, and it is incredibly good. I go heavy on the meat and light on the sauce though. I use the linguine type.
