I am 20 year old lady from Finland and I would like to join your support group.
I have struggled with my weight for years and I think now I am finally ready to make the changes in my lifestyle.

I'd love to join! I'm a 21 year old from Michigan. My goal is to lose 23lbs to be at an even 145lbs. I haven't even started exercising or on a diet though... I'm going to have to do that starting tomorrow morning. I know I'm giving up my sweets completely on March 1st for Lent which is going to be difficult because I practically live on sweets.

Hey guys. I know i shouldn't be asking but would it be okay for me to join? I'm turning 19 in a few months, but i'm finding it difficult to find group for teens and because of life experiences due to my weight i feel much older than 18. My current weight is 261 and my goal weight is 123. Lemme know if you know of a group for younger people or if you'll let me join. Best of luck to all of you for your weight loss goals.
