Good Morning all!

Chris, I am sorry to hear that you are leaving. There are so many people in here that there is NO WAY I would be able to make personal replies to them all. I'd be here all day. I pick some things that are interesting to me or that touch me or that I feel might benefit by a word from me and I speak to them. If memory serves, when you announced your sickness, I thought it was about something previous to my joining the group and I didn't want to say anything stupid.

As far as PMs, if it's happening, it has nothing to do with me, so I will be ignoring it. If someone's saying awful, nasty things about me, I hope they're having a great time. I don't do cliques so I will never know. And I'm happy that way.

This is a weight loss sight and we do come here for support AND a lot more. I come here for community, I also belong to a much smaller board where I get individual attention and support. They know me there. I'm thankful for both of my weight loss communities. They serve different purposes.

Thinthinker - I'm still trying to figure out how you can pull bank jobs daily and not have the law after you... Hope all the car stuff goes smoothly.

Welcome to the newbies! It's getting very populous in here. I love it! Something for everyone. Like a crowded party! Just stay away from the fried appetizers!

I am in my 7th week on plan. I cheated once (mayonnaise) and I'm doing just great! Went to the chiropractor yesterday and my back feels better already! Woo-Hoo! Pain is a major player in my life... or has been. I'm looking forward to leaving it behind! I notice I get over pain MUCH faster than I used to.

I got new walking boots and they work great! I'm walking 4 times a week now. It's so neat! I'm moving! I'm dragging 'my ample self' up steep hills and really noticing a difference in my body! Very motivating! It's hard work at first, but it really is getting easier!

Off to breakfast and lower body workout... Have a great day everyone. Treat yourselves with love.
