Hey, ladies! I can't get my computer to let me read page one of our thread, so I am a little bit in the dark as to what has been going on! I did figure out that you have hit goal, JustMe, that is so awesome! Do you have to do the 6 weeks maintenance, or do you get to skip it since you are already a Lifetimer?
2Sexy, you must be excited too, especially since summer is getting closer but you are getting smaller!
I must confess, I have been HORRIBLE since my last weigh in, the first week in April. I have been eating really badly, and had cut the gym out completely. I was still walking almost daily, and should have gained a million pounds...but luckily my weight has stayed stable in between 140- 145, which is fine with me! I got my lazy butt to the gym this morning, though, and I think I am in the right mind frame to do it again. It helps a lot that one of my friends- also one of my bridesmaids- joined WW last night, so I will have a partner again. That makes it so much easier! 2Sexy, is your mother in law still going with you?
Well, I better run, I have been tying up the phone line for long enough!
I hope you are both doing well, and hope to hear from you soon!

Hi you two. I am not offically at goal, I missed my last meeting but according to my scale I am at goal. I could have gone to a later meeting last week but I wanted to be at goal at my usual meeting. I want to loose a little more so I dont have to be worrried about getting out of goal range. I have been doing alot of walking, between yesterday and today I walked almost 7 miles. The weather is finally nice here. It is supposed to be 80 degrees on saturday and sunday. Congrats on the loss 2Sexy you are getting so close to goal. Saskie its good to hear that you are able to keep your weight pretty stable even though you have had a hard couple of weeks. Bye for now

Hello, Well I did it yay! I lost another 4.6LBS. FOR A TOTAL OF 20.. I got my ten percent key chain which is nice to be rewarded. I am happy my mother in law decided to go back to my original meeting It is such a good one. I feel so much better in my pants it is nice. I need to concentrate on getting some Tai bo work outs in to start furming some of this fat up Well I had a spinach salad today that was so good we bought bagged spinach and added mushrooms and bacon bits and got this fat free lighthouse dressing that at the moment I have lost the name in my head I will let you know what it is.. but anyway we heated up the dressing and put it over it. It was so good. Those rice cake minnies sure have been a life save also. and the sobe leans are free and they are good well I just like the orange and the green tea. Well by for now.. Me

Saskie we miss you. How are you doing?

Hi! Don't worry be happy
The Sobe's are a flavored drink they have been the thing here for the past couple of years. They come in a glass bottle and there are two lizards on the bottle. My favorite is the diet orange carrot. They are sugar free. I know Pepsi stocks our store with them. They have 5 calories and 0 fat per serving and there are 2.5 servings in a bottle so they are FREE and they are good there are a couple of flavors I don't like though. One of them says metabolic enhancer. They are herbal drinks. I don't know much about that but I do know they are good and free. Well I am having my mom and grandmother over this Sunday and I don't have a clue what to make. I haven't done the cooking before. They both are excellent cooks but I stayed out of the kitchen when I was younger and cook from a boxI have made Turkey dinners before but now I am on a diet and they are both diabetics. So I don't have a clue. Well I am going to try to do a Tai bo video. I have been so busy all week I haven't had any time to get any exercise and my stomach needs some help. bye for now. Me

Hi 2Sexy, Have you tried the flavored water by Very Fine? Its called fruit 2o. I like it because it isnt seltzer water its just plain water with flavor and no calories. there is lemon, strawberry and orange, its pretty expensive though. so I dont get it too often. I will have to try to get the stuff you were talking about. I went for a 3 1/2 mile walk after work today and did my abslide yesterday. I must have pulled an abdominal muscle. I dont know how, I felt fine after doing the abslide but about an hour after my walk it started to hurt to make matters worse, I started to sneeze for some reason, boy does that hurt Have you decided what to make on Sunday? Good luck with the dinner Wish me luck with my weigh in tomorrow. Bye for now

Hi! I just finally got to get on here. How was your weigh-in. Mine is going to be bad this week. I had a bad night Friday. I just have those days where I can't beet my brain that keeps telling me eat it you want it. But it is like I get really hungry for some things and I don't know how to control it yet. Today I am sure I am over points I always track my points but I had the mothers day dinner which was pretty healthy. But I didn't count anything therefor eating more then I should have I just marinated some skinless boneless chicken breasts then BBQ 'ed them then I had a salad, fruit salad and baked potato. Oh and a sugar free jello creme cheese salad which I know the cheese part is bad. Well anyway. There is a Fun Run up here on the 27 or 29. I am thinking of doing it it would be fun and a challenge it is only 3 miles. But when I was a kid I did something like that and I went home crying feeling like an idiot cause I came in second to last, Then in middle school when we had to run a mile and be timed I had such a hard time then I would have to walk and be last. And the teacher would be mean to me. So I am a little scared to do it. They just had blooms day in Spokane and a few people including the leader from my WW group did it. It is seven miles. I am so not a runner at all Hate it. But I would walk fast. We will see. I don't have anyone who would do it with me so I would have to do it alone. It is on our opening weekend and I will have to work but the run is at 9:30 in the morning. WEll enough for now. Talk to you soon. Margaret

Hi, my weigh in was o.k I maintained which is alright I guess since I am at goal anyway. I still want to loose 5 more pounds because my shorts all fit but not as well as they did last time I weighed this much. I was more toned then I think. I went for a 3 3/4 mile walk today. It was really hot outside 96% I really sweated. ( I hate to run too so I never do it) I know what you mean about your brain telling you to eat. It happens to me too usually when I am bored, sitting on the sofa watching television. The key for me is too keep busy The run sounds challenging, mabey you could listen to fast music on headphones while you do it. I always do when I walk,I usually average about 3 1/2 miles per hour, I listen to dance music. I have to go before I go on forever bye for now. I hope your weigh in goes ok. Roxy

Hi there. Well I lost 2 more pounds I honestly am shocked I had like 3 bad days this week and not much exercise. I wonder if since I gained it so rapidly that it is coming off easier. I have always heard the opposite.
Music is real motivating that is a good idea. I like all kinds of music mostly rock or whatever they call it these days. But I like dance music too. I used to dance all the time when I was a teenager I used to go to this club I would act like I was 18 when I was too young to get in it was so much easier to get into places then I get carded for cigerettes. I don't smoke but my husband does. I used to though. I quit when I found out I was pregneant with my first child. YOu always crave it though. It is just like dieting. I have finally gotten rid of the craving though it has taken 6 years too. I would always be an occasional smoker or when someone around me had one I would ask for one. But I made myself sick of it. Now I think I can never touch one again. I hope that will work with food that I would love to have but shouldn't. Well I can tell I am tired I am just rambling on. Goodnight. Sorry if it takes me a few days to respond I haven't had much time to get on the computer. Now my husband decides to start a new business so now I have another thing to add to my list of things to do. bye Marg.

Hi, congrats on the loss. I hope I am as lucky as you. I had a horrible out of control day yesterday. It was probably at least 2 days worth of points. I am trying not to worry since it was only one day. I have never smoked so I dont know what quitting is like. I was planning on walking after work today but it started to rain right when I got off so I think I will do my flex ball workout. I havent done it in a while and I know it was helping because I was getting muscle, I still need more work though Bye for now Roxy
