Halfway through my duel cardio goal!!! Had another good day of exercise.. sure wish the scale would agree with me however!
Eydie.. you are doing GREAT!!!!! And I hear ya on the laundry.... all this exercise is making me change too many times! And you are right about preplanning. That is my LIFE right now. IF I don't plan, the I plan to fail. So I try to plan everything!

Shelldawn.. you can do it. I sit at my desk 8 hours a day too.. and when I drink alot of water, it gives me an excuse to get up away from my desk and walk to the restroom.. so I get a little bit more exercise in everyday!
Sandy thanks!! However, I have been at a plateau for the past week.. I actually was at 140.5 last Tuesday.. went down a half a pound, went up a pound and then another.. and as of today, I am back down to 140.50. Sucks. Hahaha.. but I will keep working out and I just know it will start to go down again!
Marti.. WTG on the crunches.... You know.. I am doing an abs video, don't laugh, but it's Claudia Sheiffer, and at the end of the 27 minute video, they say, you have just done 180 crunches... and that makes me feel SOOOOOOOOOOO tired. :-) Luckily I get to rest inbetween sets.. cause I couldn't do them all in a row!!
