Thanks. I do feel better today. I didn't really end up eating much yesterday though. Had the breakfast shake, and then ate a portion of the subway sandwich. Half of it in total through all of yesterday... and then I had some gingerale which I didn't calculate the points for cause I didn't feel like getting up. So the menu for today is basically what yesterday's would have been had I cooked.

Breakfast: Carnation Instant Breakfast Drink (4 points)

Snack: PB&J Smoothie (6 points)

Lunch: Leftover Buffalo Chicken Lettuce Wraps (6 points)

Dinner: 2 servings Thai Chicken Peanut Soup (12 points)

Snack: Yoplait with Granola (4 points) and Glass of Wine (2 points)

Fairly normal eating day for me.

B: none

L: 2 cups of coffee w/ creamer & sugar (4pts)
Dannon Oikos Pumpkin Pie greek yogurt (4pts)

D: Barilla Sausage & Tomato Rotini (9pts), 6 turkey meatballs (8pts), Arizona Tea Strawberry Lemonade (6pts)

S: Fiber One Chocolate Chip cookie/bar (2pts)
WW English Toffee ice cream bar (3pts)
small bowl of Cinnamon Toast Crunch w/ 2% milk (4pts)

40pts total.

I wasn't going to eat anything past the ice cream bar, but my stomach was grumbling and I know it would have kept me awake. lol Now I can finally go to bed.

My first time posting in this topic!

Tanyanka - ok that makes sense, I know roquette!
Julie - the pumpkin pie yogurt sounds yummy!!!

Friday's menu was:
B: 2 slices whole wheat toast w/ 2 tbsp PB & 1 tbsp honey, coffee w/ milk (12 pts)
L: grilled cod w/ veggie cakes, 2 wasa crackers w/ 1 laughing cow (13 pts)
D: veggie bean soup, 1 slice whole wheat bread, 1 slice havarti cheese (9 pts)
D: 1 dark chocolate & 5 gingersnaps (5 pts)

Went over yesterday by 4 pts because of the gingersnaps but I was having a weak moment, LOL. I still have my activity points left before I dip into my weekly allowance, so that's good. Hoping to make it to zumba class today, depends on when my baby goes down for her nap!

TheLunchLady - it's awesome. lol This was the fall in 3 years I've actually found a pumpkin pie yogurt in stores. I know they've been out there, I could just never find them. And I'm to lazy to make my own. lol

I thought I went over my points yesterday because I had some ginger thins at the end of the day - but then I realized today that I never had the greek yogurt that I put in for my snack, so, in the end, I was actually under by 1 pt! Also I was counting ginger thins as gingersnaps, and the thins have less points. Double yay!

Saturday's menu was:
B: oatmeal/agave syrup/cinnamon, coffee w/ milk (9 pts)
L: egg salad w/ 3 wasa crackers, salad w/ 1 tbsp vinaigrette (11 pts)
D: pasta sauce w/ ground beef over 1 cup brown rice (10 pts)
D: 5 ginger thins & 1 square dark chocolate (4 pts)

Off to the market today because I'm out of all my veggies!

My weekend menue wasn't really on track, so I won't share all of it. ;-)

I did make two really yummy dinners, though.

On Saturday, I had Chicken Saltimbocca with sage-tomato sauce and whole wheat pasta. (11 points)

On Sunday, I had savoy cabbage, sausage and potatoes. Fried the sausage and cabbage quickly, then cooked in a little broth and white wine and added the potatos (they were already cooked). Let simmer, added salt, pepper and cumin and it was a really hearty and yummy dish. The cabbage was fantastic, because it was green, a bit crispy and lush. I have leftovers for lunch today, yippie! :-)
And it's only 7 points!

Sunday's menu was:

B: the usual oatmeal & coffee (9 pts)

S: greek yoghurt & honey (6 pts)
D: leftover bean & veggie soup, 1 slice whole wheat bread w/ 1 laughing cow cheese

Went over by 2 points but not that bad. I was having a craving for some quiche but luckily the cafe I wanted to eat in was closed, so I saved myself the points, LOL. Tomorrow is weigh in day so I'm hoping for -1 lb!
