I love these! So encouraging! I took my first sets in my sports bra and yoga capris...not good thinking for posting. . But, maybe I will have a "mid point" pic after tonight's Christmas party
Avalon I can't help but notice you have beautiful long legs and they're sooo smooth, even when you were heavier your legs were slamming lol
Sunflower40, what a sweet complement!
Yes, smooth. I had the luxury of laser hair removal on my legs, so they don't actually have a single hair.
I have always had "slammin' legs" (as you said), but they definitely lose their shape when I get heavy.
This photo below is of me in 1993, the last time I was at 190 pounds (which is my target in this dieting go round). Of course I was a young 36 in this photo and I am 56 now, so I have to try to stay realistic with weight goals and body expectations!

Fantastic Ruth Ann!! What a huge improvement!! It's amazing how much weight comes off the face in everyone's photo. I just never think of the body storing fat in ones head, but it's clear it does.

Wow, so inspiring to see everyone's before/after pics! My before was from my trip to Cape Cod in late July and my mid-way was from last night! I still have another 40 to loose!
The first photo is from February 28,2013 at 328.8 lbs
The second photo is from August 20, 2013 at 226.8 lbs (-102!)
Unfortunately, since August I have hit a plateau, losing "only" (sarcasm dripping from my voice because I am still proud!) 18 pounds. I went through more than three months of student teaching starting in September which led me to not be 100% on plan with regards to getting all of my vegetables and vitamins in.
But as of this week, I am 100% recommitting to the plan! I MUST make time for myself. I want to lose an additional 30-40 pounds by my one year mark to hit my goal.
