I am going to plan on doing a strength training routine after I get through the first month, hopefully that will help.

I am a massage therapist. And yes, massage will help with the cellulite and the skin. I apply lotion every day all over and it helps I believe.

There is something online called the 30 day ab challenge. I plan to start it soon. It gives you exercises for each day and even some days off!
