Hello all! Not doing too bad today, despite a cold.
I seems to have settled in my ears and it is driving me crazy. My ears feel plugged. Ugh!

Latey I just feel like I am on an eating frenzy.
Still good food, just way too much of it, and every bite counts.
Kat: That was very helpful also. All of you are very wise today.
I love it. I need to take those baby steps. you made me realize that I do have a small goal of only 4 lbs. And when I think about it, well if I can lose 21 lbs, then 4 should be a breeze, it gives me a new energy.
